1. Returns and Refunds

At NavaSanganakah Multiventures, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service in IT development, AI solutions, and book publishing. Due to the nature of custom software development, digital services, and customized publishing, our refund policies vary depending on the service provided.

2. IT and Software Services

For custom software, website, and AI development:

• Refunds are not generally provided once work has commenced and milestone deliverables have been accepted.
• If a project is canceled prior to commencement of development, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consulting fees.

3. Book Publishing Services

For NAVASANGANAKAH PUBLICATION services:

• Refunds for ISBN assignment and publishing setup are not available once the ISBN has been registered or publishing processes have begun.
• Pre-publishing cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
